About this listen

It was supposed to be simple—dinner with my best friend’s little brother as a favor. No big deal, right?

Wrong.

That lanky boy I remember from our college graduation is nowhere to be found. When I meet him at his sister’s apartment, I’m facing a sexy, broad-shouldered, absolutely gorgeous man. And we’re supposed to spend the evening together. Maybe have a drink. And then go home. Separately.

Instead, I take Mason home. And although he’s moved halfway across the country, we’ve spoken every day since. He’s never let me forget the amazing night we shared—the night that never should have happened.

As if I ever could.

Fast forward a few months to a trip out west to a music festival—my surprise gift for my bestie’s birthday. But apparently, this trip isn’t the only surprise this weekend.

Mason is here. He still wants more—he still wants me. His sister has no idea that her little brother and I have become...something. Something I’ve spent months running from. Something I can’t deny.

I’ve fallen for my best friend’s little brother.

But how do I make my head and my heart stop feeling like he’s the boy I shouldn’t want?

I’m In Desperate Need of More Sadie and Mason!

Ok this book was over way too soon! I loved Mason and Sadie’s story!! Best friend’s brother, a small reverse age gap. What started as one night became so much more than Sadie and Mason bargained for. Sadie didn’t expect to catch any feelings for her best friend’s little brother but Mason was all grown up and all delicious man. I loved how direct and open Mason was with his feelings. Sadie understandably was a bit hesitant. But, they found it impossible to stay away from one another. Their chemistry, their banter, man it was just so good! I didn’t want to put their story down. I was seriously hooked on every word. There was a tension that carried through the story as I wondered how things would play out when Mason and Sadie’s relationship was discovered. I must say I loved the route Stephanie Rose took with how mature everything was handled. There were no big blow ups. I loved how she detoured from the usual. Even though I wanted to straight up devour it, I took my time on purpose because I did not want to say goodbye to Mason and Sadie. Jason Clarke and Stella Hunter were phenomenal. As if I couldn’t love this book more, these two were the icing on the cake, making for a beautiful audiogasm.
