Well Done Janette!
I am more of a fan of DBT than I am of CBT. However, Jannette goes above and beyond in her teachings to help the listener understand the usefulness of appropriately dealing with all of life's triggers. I hope I see more of her books in the future.
Oh, and well done on the narration Newcastle.

Extremely Helpful
I have found this book to be an amazing resource. My self-awareness has grown and I can now recognize the more subtle triggers in my environment and can do something about them to prevent or reduce my anxiety. The techniques from the book have also supported my therapy sessions along with my additional healing practices.
