Too relaxing, lol

I actually fell asleep to this but I think that may be a good thing as it may have gone in to my subconscious mind better, lol. I have made a number of lifestyle changes and I have indeed lost some weight. I am not quite so hungry as I used to be. Worth a try, I would recommend it.
