Summary

"You were on your way home when you died. It was a car accident. Nothing particularly remarkable, but fatal nonetheless. You left behind a wife and two children. It was a painless death. The EMTs tried their best to save you, but to no avail. Your body was so utterly shattered you were better off, trust me. And that’s when you met me."

A short story about the universe.

An odd but interesting look at life.

I got this after riding the high from the Martian, while it is utterly different I am not disapointed. 8 minutes, what do you have to lose?

Not that great

What disappointed you about The Egg?

The story

What does R.C. Bray bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you had only read the book?

I am a great fan of his He brings any story to life and believable

If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from The Egg?

I hate saying this but I would not have published it

Such a beautiful read/ listen.
If I were a religious person, this would be my theology of choice.

A shot of totally awesome

Beautiful story, surprising, fun, and profound, thought provoking amd really positive. This is an 8 minute re-set, if you need a pick-me-up, if you’ve had a roughy day, if it’s first thing in the morning and you want to go out into your day with hope and power this story is for you. I cannot recommend it too highly.
RC Bray reads it beautifully, very clear and warm. A great match for the story!

A really nice short story

A great little short story. One of many takes on the meaning of life, I really like this idea. This audible put a smile on my face and got me thinking.

Very clever!!!

I liked this - short, to the point and thought provoking. Worth listening to. ☺️. Is this where science and religion meet?

interesting concept

nicely read. very relaxing voice. and an interesting idea. but, I still feel an 8 minute rendition can't be classed as a book. nor a story. it's barely a page! and I genuinely think this should of been FREE. perhaps as a taster... for the main event? which maybe Andy should write. based on this idea, he could write a super Novel I'm certain. so... come on Andy... let's write something thought provoking, and interesting about this God? who is he? where's he from? and if one soul is EVERYONE in this universe. who is the soul in the next universe? and the next, and the next? there is a higher purpose here... tell us your thought's on it, make it at least a 10 hour book. and maybe, just maybe this idea will be snapped up by Ridley Scott too! but I doubt he can do much with 8 minutes..
