This is really great
I found this audiobook to be so helpful. The author is really compassionate, but the recommended exercises and tips are solid and easy to follow. I also appreciated that there are many different recommendations, acknowledging that not everyone will respond to the same things. The author also includes some bonuses that will help you develop a plan and implement the strategies you feel the most comfortable with. I thought that was really great because sometimes it helps to write things down and the worksheets help you organize the information, making it less overwhelming. I feel like this would be helpful for anyone dealing with ADHD.

Build a positive relationship with yourself
I love this author's emphasis on self-care and building a positive relationship with myself. It’s so easy to get down on yourself when it seems like something is way harder for me to do than everybody else. But this author had a great perspective on changing your attitude towards yourself.
And I really liked the exercises. I felt like they were the right level of difficulty. They weren't so easy that nothing really gets accomplished, but they weren’t so hard that I decided to just not even try them. This book is a helpful resource for any woman with ADHD.
