Engrossed from beginning to end, this book contains in digestible format all you'll ever need to know on how to reach and maintain your personal fitness and nutrition goals with Brian's pragmatic approach and highly informed experience and knowledge.
A must read/listen and one to keep going back to!!!

Very Good

Great content and very comprehensive. Some great tactical tips. The audiobook was really great to listen to. Tells you all you need to know about getting your body and mind aligned. Well worth the read/listen.

So Informative

As a yo yo dieter in my day this book covers all aspects of food,fitness and mindset.
This not a one size fits all this is Brian giving you the tools to help you find what works for you.
His use of examples and quotes with added wit keep you engaged throughout.
His knowledge is impressive and addictive I can’t to see what’s coming next.

Another masterpiece

As ever truly inspiring.

He talks so eloquently and clearly.

I’ve been to his seminars and he does talk really fast in real life, I can hear his little quirks coming through.

I am going to have to listen again as there are soooo many things to take in.
I really want to share this book to all my friends that still go to slimming clubs!!

such an insightful book

There's some great nuggets in the book and Brian gets the information across in a way that's easy to understand. I'm going to get the hard copy too so I can go back to some bits and make little notes beside for my own learnings and thoughts.. Absolutely brilliant and insightful book, well worth the investment. Loved it!

This guy knows his stuff

Fantastic book! I got through the audio book in a couple of days while walking the dog and doing household chores! I have read so many fitness books before and thought I knew it all but I genuinely learned a lot from it, I loved the fact that he came across as a teacher not a preacher. He simply presented the facts. Highly recommend.

Time to move my ladder.

Absolutely excellent book. My issue isn't knowing about exercise or moving my body or even caloric intake. My issue is prioritising what is important to me for my long term physical health. Brian had an engaging way to make it make sense. I will definitely be having another listen and of course get my backside moving. Thanks Brian.

The Keane Edge

Loved this audiobook. At first I wasn’t sure I could get used to the Irish accent of the author, but soon it grew on me and I found it delightful to listen to.

This Book is very good for the laymen that is just learning about fitness. It takes some pressure off yourself by clearing up some of the misnomer information that’s out there today in the fitness industry.

He has a sensible and reasonable approach to fitness that can fit all lifestyles whether you’re just getting into fitness or you’re a superstar athlete.

The author comes off as a very caring and conscientious fitness coach.

I learned a lot from this book and many things that I already knew were reinforced by scientific reports. This will be a reference book I will keep in my collection.
