*Wonderfully insightful... a must read*
The book was especially interesting due to the author sharing his personal experience and how he overcame his 40 year cycle. It was a shame to come to the end of the book. Although I feel a revisit is necessary! Thank you Bruce.... I feel empowered now on my own journey!

when you listen to a book and it just makes sense

Good book
After seeing a video with dr Lipton and reading the comments I was very curious and excited to read the book. The chapters with quantum physics were interesting, but that’s all. After reading Chimp paradox (which is a masterpiece in human psychology), I was curious to see what else this book can teach me, but I was disappointed in the end, because of too high expectations. Performances they were ok ish, but was difficult to stay focus. Thank you for sharing your love story

Informative and educational
I love Bruce Lipton, huge fan! This book is a fairly easy steps into cells, if I’d been taught like this when I was a child I would have loved the sciences!
I got the book on audible however Bruce is so passionate about his work that he naturally speaks fast, this was very fast and I couldn’t get the levels right on audible. I will listen again or may decide to read! Either way, it’s a great book x

Good information
Some really interesting information on the nature of reality. I did find it hard to listen to to be honest at parts as the narration was very fast and flat but I’m glad I read it :)

Utterly amazing
Not only does Bruce explain things in ways everyone can understand , the volume of knowledge and empowerment the reader can gain from reading this book is ineffable.
A book that truly compliments his previous work with books like biology of belief , all I can say is I personally will be spreading the words about his work, this book, and together create a ripple that will emanate across the collective consciousness of humanity, creating heaven on earth .
