Disappointing.
I expected perhaps a little too much from this book having read other articles on Imposter Syndrome. It’s more a ‘If you feel this, do this’ list rather than going more deeply into mindset and change. I would rather prevent the feelings than fix them once they occur. I’m returning this title, sorry.

Informative and Helpful!
This book provides help to people who feel like a fraud as it provides ways to explore their feelings of IS by starting with an assessment – to checking, and it gives insight into the main five examples with a challenge on how to overcome IS. It provides learning skills that can help change negative self-defeating ideas and shows how to develop a positive attitude.

A real game changer of a book
I came to listen to this book with an open mind and left with a whole new insight on Imposter Syndrome. Phil Roberts explains things from a bite size level which makes everything much easier to understand. This really is something I will come back to use time and time again. There are so many aspects which I will be applying to my own life going forward. There is a 30 day plan at the very end on how you can use this to improve your own life. The advice is up to date, relevant, and incredibly useful. This book will help many people better themselves for sure. I most certainly did and strongly recommend this.

Wish I'd have had this book years ago
I already have the paperback, which has already been so helpful and a bit of a lifeline for me - but was really pleased to see there is also an audio book version too. I wholeheartedly recommend this title. Other books tend to overcomplicate things and sometimes are a bit too technical. This one is different, it makes the imposter syndrome easy to understand and enables you to approach your own challenges in a more positive way. Once you've got into the rhythm, it will make perfect sense. I wish I'd have had this book years ago. A great read and even easier to listen to!
