Wonderful book

Overall, this book is a must reading for us, really enjoyed what an easy reading this was! I am very happy to read this great book. This book is very amazing to read, which is very informative about Bedtime Stories for Kids. Awesome content and beautiful illustrations!

This book is so perfect for me!!!

This will help me to prevent having a Diabetes since that's the ill in my family line. This book is very detailed and well-explained and I will surely share this book to everyone. Great book indeed! I spent my whole life fighting food. Thankfully I don’t have to anymore.

So far so good.

So far so good. I have been following this book for a few weeks now and I have lost 8 pounds. I have learned a new way to eat. I don't feel as hungry anymore and my sugar is stable. But I'm hopeful that I will be able to stick with it.RECOMMENDED!!!

Healthy eating assignment

I already knew a lot about insulin resistance, but it was great with all the recipes and also the explanations about why you should eat 'the right way'. I would recommend this book...

Love this book...

This is a great cookbook that goes into the reasons as to why you might want to follow the prescribed diet. The information at the beginning of the book is thorough without being too scientific. Great up to date information, beautifully written, great recipes, and the cover had a great feel to it. This part seems to be written mostly towards women, though men would benefit from the information as well.

Good one

The book was very good and the Insulin resistance is when prolonged high levels of insulin caused the reduction of the body's sensitivity to the hormone. With the result of insulin resistance, it can lead to common diseases such as Diabetes.

Best Narration!!!

This book begins helping you comprehend what insulin is and it is part of the body. This book has plenty of recipes that I can take that helps me to oppose insulin consumption for my body furthermore gives advisers for me to remain sound.

Love This Book..!!

The recipes are great and just one serving of these recipes keeps me full for hours at a time. I used to get very moody when I was hungry and that just doesn't happen anymore. I've learned a lot about how my body reacts to food so I am now making much better choices. The recipes are great.

Good Perspective

This book it easy to understand and gives examples of items to eat for good health and food items to avoid. This book suggests great recipes for all of the above. 🙂 I am glad I purchased this book. It is the best eating plan to stay healthy.

Interesting book....

Good information on insulin resistance. Recipes are interesting and actually have leftovers for other meals which are not usually included in other meal plans. The grams of content in addition to calories are listed with each entry. There are also noted tips. Exercise and suggestions are included. Would recommend.
