Superb thriller

Could not stop listening to this. This is my third Swanson book and probably the best. Gripping stuff.

Twists and turns you just can’t predict

I decided to give this a try after hearing good things about it. Do not regret it. Absolutely loved it. Listened to the whole thing in a day.

Slick thriller

This was a well written and well narrated, slick thriller with lots of good twists. You will want to keep reading until the end. Great read!

Unbearable narration

Story is quite good with a few twists and turns but the narration was almost unbearable, sounds like news presenters putting on the worst possible version of their voices

Excellent page turner

Quite fun murder story. I’ve enjoyed listening to the scheming and plotting, from a bunch of ne’er do goods that you can’t help rooting for!

Good fun

This was recommended by a friend who always chooses the winning books in our book club. I really enjoyed the story yes a bit unbelievable at times, but I liked that it made me say ‘no way’ out loud a few times. Good fun. Narration didn’t bother me as much as I thought it would by other reviews left. Overall enjoyed it

If you like Patricia Highsmith try this…

Fantastic paced American thriller, lots of twists and a great written story. Had an air of Patricia Highsmith type novel, which having read and enjoyed all of hers was pleased to have found something with a likeness, but completely unique story. Fantastic narration and good definition between characters. You won’t be disappointed, on to the next by this author!

Nothing out of the ordinary

Because of the hype, I expected more. It didn't live upto it. Fine story overall!
