This book has been incubating inside of me since I was a younger boy, and I was just waiting for the perfect time to let it out.
The perfect plan.
The perfect strategy. The perfect opportunity. The perfect encounter. The perfect conversation.
The thing is I didn’t know the right time or have any way of knowing. What I learned was it was due to come out when it was ready, not when I thought it was ready. Perfect timing. I was in confinement in a still quiet place when it made its physical manifestation as a gift to me to give as a gift to you.

Powerful
This book perfectly encompasses the challenges that are ahead in life. For someone coming into adulthood this book would be very beneficial and helps prepare for certain situations you will be bound to come across.

Positive and Powerful
I enjoy that the author leaves these complex concepts simple and understandable. The suggestions are realistic and attainable, and it feels like you are getting life advice from a good friend. I enjoyed the most about this book: the self-appreciation exercises to raise your self-image. I found them relatable and easy to practice in everyday life.

Really helpful
Really helpful. I was sceptical, but there was a lot of useful information. It is geared towards neurotypical people, and assumes typicality, but it is a good starting point and I took away a lot of ideas from it.
