Audio counselling
Narrated in a calm, matter of fact style. He helps you to understand people's negative behaviours and also how to come to terms with this. And how you can move on and protect or seperate yourself from these negative influences. Its good. I recommend it. Its a gentle pep talk. It will probably help you.
