About this listen

Are you, a loved one, or a friend still suffering from a health issue after you have exhausted traditional healthcare options? Do you constantly feel fatigued or feel something is wrong but can’t figure out why? Do you wake up multiple times at night or have sleep apnea or restless leg syndrome? Are you overweight and always hungry and wonder why?

You might be surprised to learn all these problems may be the result of a deficiency of one substance that has been misunderstood since its discovery in 1939. That substance is vitamin D3.

While it is called a vitamin, D3 is really a hormone. It was first used to treat a childhood bone disease called rickets. Nearly all the research on the benefits of vitamin D3 has been done at doses that are 80 times lower than the optimal doses described in this audiobook. This groundbreaking audiobook is your opportunity to regain your health quickly, safely, and easily. In The Optimal Dose, Judson Somerville reveals how vitamin D3 saved his own life when all else failed and explains how this essential vitamin is key to finding answers to your own health questions and challenges.

K2 not required 😀

The purchase price was more than made up when finding out I no longer need to spend upwards of £20 each month on K2.
Was saddened by the author's cycling accident. That did shake me.
Before reading this book, I was worried about the amount of D3 I was taking with K2. It was evidently unfounded.
Thank you.

Great

Full of information. A little technical but worth the listen. Would have preferred the author reading as I think his voice is better

Right dose?

it was a breath of fresh air, for so long many if us have been lead to accept that 400iu was the correct dose.

good for info

the narration sounds like a computer generated voice , not easy to listen to. I valued the information once the cringey anecdotes were out of the way. I stuck with it as I needed the information, I'll have to listen again though as it's so fast paced I missed quite a bit.

good book, not sure of the voice

The book is excellent, the narrator's voice a bit over the top, continuously too high pitched !
