There are many spiritual books out there about which it can be said 'Really, you need not read any more than this and you will have everything you need to awaken, but practice.' This is one of them.

Wonderful, inspiring, human wisdom
I've been trying to practice Buddhism for many years now, so the content is familiar, but Pema Chödrön presents things in such a practical, beautiful and human way which really brings things alive into an encouraging and real practice.

Amazing book, endlessly fascinating and wise.
I took my time to listen to this book because I really wanted to take it all in as I found it very inspiring to be able to open my mind and to connect with the world of my own experience and the world around me. Loved the voice of the narrator as well! Very beautifully read.
