Good Sound Advice
I liked this book for its common sense approached to a problem that is more common than we realise. It’s easy to follow, encouraging.

Brilliant
So much more helpful and practical than many other books on this subject (like Eat That Frog, which I think is rubbish).

long could be shorter
My opinion is that it was fine. It's kind of long. Really could be more compact and to the point.

No value in this book or take away whatsoever
This book provides nothing else that a 15 minute article or a 10 minute YouTube video wouldn’t.
First, it lack content so much that it’s filled with tons menial examples, experiences and references to certain situations.
Second, any person who fells the need to fix procrastination knows for sure all the “tactics” the author pretends to slips as his.
Third, the core ideas would literally take 10 minutes to be explain in a clear and sufficient manner. Yet this book takes more than 3 hours at normal speed.
The writing is so plain and dull that is as boring to read as the phone guide.
After listening completely with the hope of some decent or applicable advice I’m so pissed that I regret the very first moment I downloaded it.
