If you value yourself then read this book
We all need to learn how to say no gracefully at some point in our lives. Some more than others and this book tells you how. It’s especially useful for diehard people pleasers and parents that are easily manipulated. It’s a very short read full of lots of goodness.

It could help some, but it was lacking
The book had potential and some elements were very good. However, it is far too short and I never really appreciate adverts in a book I've bought.
worth a read, but don't think it'll change your world

So so..
Wasn't bad... Good suggestions and ideas for me to apply now. Is harder in reality.. But is good to take in consideration the suggestions. 😍

Great book!
Just the right length, lots of info and tips without saying the same thing over and over like some other books of this type. Really enjoyed it

Possibly SOME good advice??
I have never not finished a book, so I listened until the end, but for such a short book it was blooming hard work.
my biggest issue is with the horrible examples, if you are in a relationship with a 'friend', 'partner' or neighbor who speaks to you the way the guys suggests you might be spoken to, you are in serious trouble and need to reach out to someone safe. the idea that you may be spoken to in that way and have to LEARN to say no to them, rather than telling them that their behaviour is abusive and horribly inappropriate is half the reason people remain in such abusive situations.
similarly, at work, while this may have more use or relevance, if you're so stressed by your own work load - you need to consider speaking to someone!
learning to say no is a totally valid thing to do and resolving to work on and install good values is nothing but positive, but please do it knowing that you're deserving of people who don't push against those bounderies.

Important book to enhance your self-image
Digestible, practical, and with good examples. I recommend it to people who struggle to say no in general life, although the book covers different aspects in life, but not in advance way.
