Positive

Good, positive listening. Definitely worth a listen. Brian often repeats himself in many of his books, but this repetition is beneficial for the listener. Any of Brian’s works motivate, and help gather positive thinking and momentum towards one achieving one’s goals. All in all, definitely worth a listen.

Very helpful

Would you listen to The Science of Self-Confidence again? Why?

Yes and I do listen to it frequently, I find this book very useful for motivating me when dealing with people, sales and general positive thinking if I get myself into a negative mind frame this helps snap me out of it.

The narrator giggles unnecessarily and pauses all the time at the wrong places.

Has The Science of Self-Confidence put you off other books in this genre?

No.

How could the performance have been better?

The narrator could speak in a louder voice, his voice was too soft.

Did The Science of Self-Confidence inspire you to do anything?

Little.

Regarding the chapter on nutrition, the vast majority of the things he says have been proven wrong.
