Mediocrely written book!

I havent found anything useful to find what are the dynamics of sales in his world. Surely smiling, high energy, positive approach make a difference at many levels.

I was expecting lots of case studies, detailed stories into take aways and many more.

Listening to this book I have no idea how he actually makes sales in the end. If someone understood how he does it other than him bringing happy himself all the time, doing squats in the morning and all that stuff, please tell me know.

extremely good reader

loved the book and the reader made it even better. not as many direct selling tips as I thought but was helpful in alot of other ways and explained the concept of what selling actually is extremely well. loved the story he built up and the life tips he shared would recommend to anyone looking at succeeding in life.

Not bad

It’s a bit too anecdotal to be much use to people trying to get better at sales but it did hit home the notion of being presentable and professional at all time. I picked that up earlier on though.

This will help you to sell more

Read by himself, there is a lot of good advice here to follow. The audiobook is great to have an idea of how he started his career from nothing. His idea about success and perfectionism in real estate can be used in other areas too. Really recommended it!
