Great Book!!

This Audiobook offers a vast source of information that can easily be used for all women going through or about to enter menopause;
It does provide you with a lot insights, techniques and great advises in how to go through that crucial time in our lives. i did learned a lot since i am about to enter that stage i feel very confident in how to handle things when that time comes.

The Perfect Guide through Menopause

I really enjoyed this book. I’m getting close to menopause and I found it very reassuring and uplifting. Menopause does not have to be the scary thing that happens to us when we get old. The book has a way of positively portraying the natural transition. And there is life after menopause. Because of this book, I do not dread or fear that transition as much as I did before. I found the diet and exercise chapters extremely beneficial. The book goes into great detail about what foods are beneficial during menopause, and what foods can exasperate symptoms. Overall a very informative and great resource to have entering into the next phase of life.
