About this listen
It was never easy being one of Ronni Sunshine's daughters. Publicly, she is the glamorous Hollywood actress. Privately, she is a disinterested, narcissistic mother.
Now in her 70s, Ronni has ALS, a degenerative motor neuron disease. Ronni is adamant that her estranged daughters, Nell, Meredith and Lizzy, must help her take her own life. As their mother's illness draws them together, they discover that blood might be thicker than water after all....

Fantastic read
Well done Jane Green, another fantastic book, I couldn’t put this down. Very poignant with a sensitive approach to the subject matter. 5⭐️

A book that warms the soul like the sunshine!
An enjoyable listen, with characters i warmed to and cared for. I wouldn't say the story will stand out in my memory, nor had a big impact on me. But in terms of entertainment and feel good factors it scores highly! Worth a read/listen.

This has to be one of the best audio books I have listened to in a long time. Do not hesitate to download.

Loved it
Jane Green does it again. I couldn’t stop listening. I loved it. A little bit of escapism.

Too drawn out!
I struggled to finish this book as I found the story slow and very predictable. It was quite repetitive too (regarding the characters) which was also irritating! Sorry this one was not for me.

Not the best
I can't honestly say this was one of her better books. I got bored after a short while and stopped reading it.

Leave it to the professionals
I bought this Audiobook because I’ve always read Jane Green books, but I couldn’t listen past the first 6 or 7 chapters. I’m sorry to say that Jane Green really is not a narrator. I listen to a lot of Audiobooks but I couldn’t continue to listen. The voice is not expressive and is almost monotone. I’m so disappointed because as I say I’ve always had a fondness for Jane Green as an author. Maybe in the future I’ll true this again as a paperback book rather than an audiobook.
