I learned so much from the short listen.
If the woman who told this story had a more mature, scientific voice, maybe it would be a bit better. She just sounded so young and I don’t like taking advice from people who are clearly younger than me. But the book was phenomenal!

Helpful.
Helpful but no links for treatments of this disease,. I'd suggest for the author to make more emphasis on it.

Moe nailed this!
One of the things I look for in self-help books is well-explained ways to overcome the issue, and this book did that. There was plenty of information on the emotional abuse itself, but also valuable information on how to overcome it.

It was a good book.
I wanted out of the book, but will probably not listen to it again. It wasn’t very entertaining, but it gave a lot of information. I feel that my biggest problem was not being able to see the words, but other than that it was a good book.

I can’t help but love this book.
The organization seemed a bit sporadic, but everything was inside that I needed to know. It gives examples, tips and psychological information. In fact, this is the kind of book all young people should read to prevent future situations they may encounter in relationships and friendships.

It isn't so bad.
For a book with emotion in the title, I didn’t get much of an emotional perspective. It’s a lot of psychology babble. At least there is information.

It is worth re-listening.
It was nice seeing emotional abuse information from all angles. The book mentioned workplace abuse, relationship, familial and more. It didn’t focus specifically on one area of life, and I liked it. I will be listening to this again in the near future!

A valuable resource.
This was by no means an interesting book, which it was not meant to be. The only complaint I have is that I wasn’t super interested when reading it. I learned a lot from it and will keep it as a valuable resource.

It has a lot of important info.
Sometimes informational books are dull, but this one had a lot in it. I wasn’t really bored at all. I went through sever emotional abuse and this gives all the signs and hidden things that most people overlook. It may seem dramatic, but this book has important information that anyone could stand to hear.

Too liberal for me.
I think this book could be good, but it is too liberal. Joking around with someone is not emotional abuse and minor injustices are not either.
