Soothing voice and a fascinating subject
I'm writing this as a mum predominantly and as a fellow blogger. Firstly, the author Vicki narrates the book and honestly is the most professional reader and narrator. Really soothing and easy listening.
Secondly, as a blogger myself the subject is another level in interest. This book has allowed me to dream again that I, as a normal mum of 2, can work with huge national and international brands in organic and interesting campaigns in the sector I've always felt most comfortable, media! My only GCSE A!
I recommend this book on audible and in paper form too. 5 stars given across the board as the honesty, professionalism and multi level of information that I've not encountered in other books in the same genre.

This book might just change your life
Absolutely brilliant read. Vicki is inspiring and provides every little bit of advice you might need when heading into the world of blogging, writing, small business or another entrepreneurial/ creative career. I found her so motivational that I took the first steps towards a new career that very same day and the response has been amazing. I can't believe I put it off for so long. She really is an inspirational woman and this book is not to be missed if you need a giant kick up the bum to get yourself motivated and informed!

Excellent, funny, informative and honest!
My wife listened to the audio book leading up the launch of her own website No Mum Is An Island. She cried, she laughed and made lots of practical notes on how she can improve her website before it’s launch!

A must read for all Mums who want to start a business online
I was hooked on this book from the very start. I have been following Vicky’s blog & vlogs for a while now and I am always drawn in by her honest and open nature. The book gives practical advice on starting a business online & how to boss being a working Mum but is also really inspiring and motivating.
It came just at the right time for me as I was questioning everything I was doing and my ability as a Mum. It has spurred me on and given me a huge confidence boost.
I would highly recommend this book to any Mums or Mums to be who are thinking about starting an online business.

Inspiring and insightful
Vicki's book was inspiring and full of ideas to help grow a business and blog. She makes you feel that anything is possible, and her warmth and humanness really shows up on every page. Well worth a read.

Inspirational for all mommy’s out there!!!
I was a little dubious about this read as I already have a business, in fact I have 3! So was unsure what I would gain.... I was looking for a pick me up and any tips to enhance my work life balance.... pleased to say this is exactly what I got! Got some great PR and on line tips for my business and introduced me to some great on line bloggers and vloggers who I know follow.... listened to this while commuting and would defo recommend it to all the lovely ladies in my life looking to leave the 9-5 or mommy’s who are wondering what the future holds after mat leave

Amazing!
Such an amazing book from start to finish. Loads of techniques I can apply to my own life and business. I'd reccommend this book to anyone wanting to master becoming a mumboss!

Thoroughly Inspiring!
If you're a mum into blogging, thinking about it as a career or blog now and then this is a must read. Vicki spells it out, the highs lows and how to succeed as a Mum Boss! This was an informative, sometimes funny yet concise account of how to make it as a blogger. Read by the author I felt inspired and supported to start writing again. Smashing book!
