Helped my mom!

My mom has tried every diet under the sun, but this was the first one that actually made sense to try. She is well past 50, the struggle to lose weight felt like a losing battle to her. 2 amazing books together

Just finished listening to this book, and wow, it really hit home. I love how it makes you feel like it's never too late to take care of your health. Really Informative - Science Backed!

I have done intermittent fasting for years, and even I learned SO much. I found the sections on hormone balancing and anti-aging particularly relevant. I really appreciated the references. So many of these types of books don't include them but this one is well researched and has the studies listed if you want to look them up. The two books really work well together. My MIL is currently in this stage of life and I know what a difficult transition it can be. If you're looking for a set of books that empowers you to feel healthier and more energized for the long run, this is it.

A Valuable Resource for Women Like Me

This audiobook is an incredibly helpful and comprehensive guide for women looking to maintain their health and fitness as they age. As I fall within that age group, I was keen to grab hold of an audiobook that provided practical advice that’s easy to follow and help me to lose weight. This book did that for me. The combination of intermittent fasting and the whole foods diet is explained clearly, backed by solid research. I particularly was impacted by the information on Metabolic Switching in Chapter 3 – so eye-opening!

I like the way the audiobook emphasizes long-term health and longevity, rather than just quick fixes. The focus on whole foods and sustainable eating habits is refreshing and empowering. I truly enjoyed the fasting success stories expounded in Chapter 5, they are truly inspiring.

I absolutely LOVED this bundle

Let me just say, I'm one of those people that has a fascination with health, wellness, and nutrition. Studying it has been a hobby of mine for years, and I must say, this is one of the few times I've seen a health/longevity book recommend a plant-based, whole-food diet, to which I HEARTILY AGREE!
