101 reasons to find, your WHY!

As i get older I'm getting tired of having the same conversations in social gatherings, Why dont you drink? now i reply with , why would you drink? and hit them up with enough reasons to shut them up. This audio guide has really given me good knowledge but also the confidence to push back. In addition to this find my WHY (reason and purpose why i will not go back to drinking) This is a nice quick reference point on days when your feeling stuck, its not one of them audios that bore you to sleep. Its simple and to the point with quick hacks. I would highly recommend!

VERY HELPFUL

Even though I love self-help books, I have to admit that the first sentence of this book hooked me. This author tells the truth, unlike many others who have written and made similar claims about their qualifications and knowledge of the subject.
When you examine the amount of people and children affected by alcoholism every day, you can see that it is a severe health problem that can result in serious health problems. Drinking heavily depletes, ruins, and seriously sickens the user while damaging relationships with those who care about them. This book does a great job of arguing for sober. Amazing!

Great book

The book "Why Don't You Drink Alcohol" is an insightful and thought-provoking exploration of the many reasons why someone might choose not to drink alcohol. The author presents a variety of perspectives, including health, social, and personal reasons, and provides compelling arguments for each.

One of the strengths of the book is that it is not judgmental or preachy. The author recognizes that everyone has their own reasons for drinking or not drinking, and he doesn't try to convince readers to change their minds. Instead, he presents the facts and encourages readers to make their own decisions.

The book is well-researched and includes a lot of information about the effects of alcohol on the body and mind. This information is presented in a clear and easy-to-understand way, making it accessible to readers who may not have a background in science or medicine.

Overall, "Why Don't You Drink Alcohol" is an excellent book for anyone who is curious about the reasons why people choose not to drink. It is informative, well-researched, and engaging, and it provides a balanced and nuanced perspective on this complex and often controversial topic.

This book is exceptionally well-written. It talks about the consequences of drinking alcohol and the effect it has on you, your life, and your health. Many of us do not think about the overarching effect alcohol consumption has on our entire life. It’s not just one event or one occasion; it has far-reaching impacts. This book does an exceptional job of using humor, personal experiences, and amazing facts to alert readers to the hidden consequences of drinking. The Most Relatable Quit Lit yet

So relatable as a I'm a woman from the 90s and 00s of the ladette culture, where we were drinking as much as the boys and having all the associated issues but worse, as a woman. Then continuing til recently. This was more funny and relatable than the other books out there for me. Though I swear by Alcohol Explained, and Easy way. All the other womens quit lit I read was good, don't get me wrong, but not memorable nor as real. I love hard health facts and this contained those along with funny stories and the odd swear word. Thank you so much for writing this, Its also done in such a punchy way I'll certainly remember lots from it. Thanks so much Sienna, you found your calling, maybe I'll find mine now (3 months sober at 49...poss too late!)

Candid Facts

The author's candid examples are unlike anything else out there. Healthcare professionals will give facts about why sobriety is good. And AA meetings will give passionate and sad stories to tug at heartstrings to change lives. But Sienna Green combines both. There are statistics and evidence-based facts intertwined with personal stories and real-life examples. The combo is powerful. But it goes even further. I don't know any doctor or AA member who will candidly talk about how sober sex is better than drunk sex. It's a powerful list of reasons to give up drinking that I highly recommend to anyone who struggles with alcohol.
