About this listen
Everything's naughtier after dark...?
Receiving a marriage proposal is supposed to make a women happy, but when Erica "Laney" Lane receives a beautiful marriage proposal from her perfect boyfriend on the eve of her annual camping trip with her best friend, Jackson Wild, the first thing she does is jump into bed with Jackson.
Jackson's all too happy to screw the annoyance out of Laney. After all, they've always screwed the hell out of each other when they were bored or angry, lonely, or too damn drunk to see straight.
But the marriage proposal changes everything, and their annual camping trip takes unexpected turns. Will a few nights in the wilderness set these friends with benefits free, or lead them on a path of destruction?

Cold Shower required ;)
Where does Wild Boys After Dark: Jackson rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
My favourite. Jackson is the ultimate male who defines sex on legs.
What did you like best about this story?
The friends to lovers storyline, I love those stories.
Which character – as performed by Paul Woodson – was your favourite?
Jackson definitely.
Did you have an emotional reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
I needed a cold shower afterwards, does that count? ;)
Any additional comments?
WOW!!! I loved this story and the words being read out.... phew!!!!
I love friends to lovers stories and this one was no exception.
Jackson and Lanie continuously fight their feelings but an event makes them look at these in bigger detail.
They are best friends who care deeply for one another and they tell each other everything but the most important, they love each other.
I highly recommend this audio book.

Another fab story
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
I would recommend this along with all of the Wild Boys books to a friend. They are pure escapism, beautifully written and spoken.
What did you like best about this story?
I loved the road Jackson and Laney find themselves on as they begin their journey towards their happy ever after.
Any additional comments?
It is great to be able to read a story about two long time friends who slowly begin to realise that they are so much more. Jacksons side is written very well, Melissa has got inside his head well to get across his emotions and thoughts. Laney is strong and scared about giving in to herself to allow herself to be happy with Jackson. It is brilliantly written, and I could not stop listening to it :)

the girl next door.
What made the experience of listening to Wild Boys After Dark: Jackson the most enjoyable?
it was brilliant I had a more visual journey and it was nice to have a different narrator the experience was different has the relationship with Jackson and laney was hot. he struggles with his feeling for and believes he is not good enough for her.
What was one of the most memorable moments of Wild Boys After Dark: Jackson?
when they go camping you can see both battling heart ache and they don't know how to over come it they are putting everything in and trying to cover the heart break.
What does Paul Woodson bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you had only read the book?
its more exciting and he performs this book like theatre. But also his voice was smooth and charisma and each scene brought more meaning to the book . you had more of a visual journey with laney and Jackson.
If you made a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?
my girl next door.
