Didn't enjoy it as much.

I am a fan of the first to fourth books but I really didn't like this one.
It feels off, especially the later half.

A new addition that doesn't quite measure up.

I was somewhat less pleased with this entry than with previous entries in this series, Don't get me wrong. This was well written and paced, i just didn't like some of the choices the author went with.

Too much time was spent on the new computer game world, which i honestly found boring and unengaging. It seemed to have too little impact for the time spent on it, time that could have been spent on a new world, on new civilizations.

Then there was the story at the end. Overall decent, but left me with a bad taste in my mouth with the ending.

Mainly a good read, but one that i hope will be the black sheep of the series rather than a trend setter.
