Awesome!
I'm really into my weight training and have always heard that intermittent fasting is a great choice of diet for training. I had never actually got into it, but I came across this audiobook as it was recommended to me by a friend. I'm really intrigued about starting my journey on a keeto diet. I must say I'm very very impressed with this audio listen, great detail throughout but explained in an easy to grasp manner. The tips scattered throughout the book are brilliant. Highly recommend this to anyone wanting to get on the intermittent fasting train!

Well I know more now!
Intermittent fasting is often recommended as a great training diet. However, it wasn't something I was familiar with, and I wanted to learn more.
I'm not your typical person as a gym-goer, but I do my best.
I'm willing to accept any assistance that I can get.
I now know a lot!
Beginning a keto diet intrigues me a lot. However, I was very impressed with the detail and ease it was explained throughout this audio listen. In addition, it has some great tips sprinkled throughout. This is a must-listen for anyone seeking more information on intermittent fasting!
