Summary
Dr. Joe Dispenza has created two meditation recordings - featuring different music - to accompany his book You Are the Placebo. In this longer 56-minute audio, Dr. Joe walks you through Meditation 1: Changing Two Beliefs and Perceptions. After introducing the open-focus technique, he then moves you into the practice of finding the present moment. When you discover the sweet spot of the present moment and you forget about yourself as the personality you have always been, you have access to other possibilities that already exist in the quantum field. That's because you are no longer connected to the same body-mind, to the same identification with the environment, and to the same predictable timeline. In the present moment, the familiar past and the future literally no longer exist, and you become pure consciousness - a thought alone. That is the moment that you can change your body, change your environment, and even create a new timeline for your life!

Goto meditation.
For some reason that I cannot quite quantify this is the meditation that keeps working for me. Many days I fall asleep whilst doing it but still wake up feeling utterly refreshed. It helps me control my pain and many of the severe M.E. energy issues that haunt my daily existence. It has become my regular companion and somehow, even though I have listened to it hundreds of times I still learn something new every time. Meditation might be as individual as love but I cannot but recommend this.

Beautiful
This meditation leaves me feeling such a deep sense of joy and appreciation. Tears of gratitude roll down my face as I step into the new world I am creating failing. So much love for this meditation.

Disappointing
I have watched Dr Joe being interviewed and he is a fascinating well educated man with intriguing views on who we are and what we are capable of being. Unfortunately I just couldn’t get into these meditations and felt silly picturing the space between my temples in space. What does that even mean?
Very disappointed in these recordings and have found better meditation and mindfulness content for free online. I would not recommend.

I wouldn't recommend
He writes great books and the concepts etc are great. For me this meditation was a little to slow and his voice a little irritating. The wording is odd. I'll give it one more try but I think there are better options for presence meditation out there.
His other books are amazing, he does have some one else read those too.

Wow.... just wow...
I've been searching for something that would really create the shift in me that I was looking for. ... Here it is.
After just listening to this meditation once I feel so different.
I've been on this journey for a while so maybe if someone is new to this then it may take more than one listen. My advice to you is to trust that this really works. As long as you know this then it'll work for you. If you struggle then listen to Joe's 'You are the Placebo' again.
Today is a fresh day for me. I can't wait to see what happens next.
