YOLO all the way!
This book has made me laugh out loud, has given me a lump in my throat and has bought tears to my eyes. This book has all the encouragement you need to evoke long lasting change in your life, for you to really live your best life! YOLO all the way. I have bought the hard copy but I have to admit I used my audible version because I genuinely feel like listening to Noor, is like having a heartfelt conversation with your bestie! Inspiring
Overall, well researched and the content is uplifting and inspiring. Explains that manifesting well and makes it clear that good things in life don’t just fall into your lap but require hard work and dedication, but mostly a positive mindset. Only niggles for me are some long-winded life stories about the author that could be cut a bit short and sometimes feel a bit navel-gazey, and the fact that she’s still relatively young (and has achieved great success which just isn’t going to happen for everyone - not everyone has the talents or confidence she possesses) make her sometimes sound a bit “know it all” and cocky. She’s still only 35 but reads like she’s lived as long a life and accrued the wisdom of someone in their 60s. But I like the messages conveyed and it is a powerful listen/read when she’s talking psychology and science instead of her failed jobs and relationships.

I love Noor so much!
This book is so powerful and goes really deep. I loved every second of it and I could just listen to Noor forever! I loved her first book Just F’ing Do It and I also love this one which made me realise that everything we want is already inside us, we just need to unlock ourselves and just ‘be’. I highly recommend this book and her previous one. They’re the best two personal development books I’ve ever read/listened to!
