  • Reflection is such an overlooked art in the journey of getting healthier. As important as goal setting and developing an action plan is, there is alot of benefit that comes from taking time to analyze how you're doing and making small tweaks to your plan to keep you on path. I call it calibrating. We make a plan, life happens, we try our best and then we learn from what unravels and apply that learning forward.

    Join me today as I do a 1-month progress report with my brother. As you all might remember Joey started his health journey 4 weeks ago and today we get a little update from him to see how things have gone. We're using this time to stop, reflect, learn, adjust and calibrate. Using this past month of data to propel us forward for our second month together. This is a practice that is quite familiar to my clients as it really compounds growth over time! So if you're on your own health journey, don't forget to put some time aside to reflect, to learn and to calibrate.
