Duryodhan had various ideas for finishing the five sons of Paandu. He suggested all of them to his father Dhrutraashtr asking his father to choose whatever seems workable. Duryodhan also asked his friend Karn for his views. Karn disagreed with the views of Durydhan and instead suggested direct attack on the Paandvs at the earliest before they become stronger with support from friends and relatives.
