    The Consumer Product Safety Commission and Petzl America are now recalling Petzl GYM, PANDION and PANJI climbing harnesses. These harness can be put on backwards. If you do, the rope or carabiner will be attached to a non-weight bearing leg loop and you could fall with serious injury or death.


    About 22,000 of these harnesses were sold in the US and about 5,800 were sold in Canada online and in stores at KarstSports, PeakTrading, Backcountry, OmniProGear, Moosejaw and other outdoor equipment stores.
