  • 3.7: Charlotte Fisher, on completing UTS 100miles, imposter syndrome & Running with Purpose
    Aug 14 2024

Thrilled to be joined by Charlotte Fisher today. She started running fairly recently, with the goal to run an ultra and raise money for charity in honor of her aunt. Since, she has found her passion and love for long distance trail running. In May, she was one of the 8th women to finish UTS 100miles, a beautiful race, but very challenging with a high DNF rate. We delve into her experience, some of the best and most challenging days of her life, aiming for the finish rather than the podium when it didn’t go her way, meeting people on route, and seeing northern lights. We also discuss imposter syndrome when being such a ‘new’ runner, as well as commitment and life changes that came with running.
