Friends this podcast focuses on the importance of mental, spiritual and physical health in our every day lives, living with a terminal illness. The objective is to bring focus on the different barriers plaguing the Black communities regardless if you are sick or not. Our hope is to empower others to have the same courage to asks tough questions, hold our community accountable and challenge stereotypes. We bring it to you with humor wrapped around real life experiences.
