Aab-e-Gum is one of the most fascinting books in Urdu on human behaviors, humor and satire with a tinge of sadness. The story follows Basharat and his adventures in Pakistan. Throughout the book Basharat and his family learn to deal with Pakisitan, their new home while missing India. The book consists of a series of stories that help the listener understand what the author was experiencing as that transition is made.
