Gen-Z slang is everywhere, there’s no point denying it. It’s not like Klingon, either. You can’t ignore it into oblivion. It’s here to stay. Words that previously had no meaning, words like "yeet" and "okurr", are now not only being recognized by and large by a whole demographic, but are also being used as part of their daily vocabulary. This book, although not exhaustive, serves to help you understand and decode popular Gen-Z slang terms, tries to explore their rich history, and aims to make you become better versed in the colloquial speech of the young and trendy.

Joey’s a mechanic. One night, she receives a call from her best friend, asking for his car to be picked up from the infamous body dumping grounds of Baltimore: Leakin' Park. When she arrives, there’s little more around than a stalled-out car and a couple of ravens, so she leaves only with the car. Back at the body shop, it doesn’t take long for the smell of rot to permeate the trunk. Inside? A corpse. The cops say her friend did it. His absence is his guilt, but Joey knows better. She will find her missing friend, and she will prove his innocence.

Their Aunt Eileen calls the Helper Hounds, and soon, Robot, an endearing Rottweiler who knows all about bullies, comes to give support. A lot of people think Rottweilers are bullies, but that's because they don't really know how cuddly they can be. Robot and his handler Samuel help the kids at Max and Lily's school deal with bullies, while Max and Lily gain new friends.

The very heart of the inevitable war begins to beat. Jakob Koss, aided by his allies both familiar and unexpected, prepares to strike at the Olivio’s Alavite war machine. However, a mysterious third party continues to loom over the escalating conflict, one with a level of raw power the likes of which neither side is prepared to contend with.
