Anger and love blended together and compiled from his Facebook posts over several years. He grew up in Chicago around mostly Black people the first 13 years of his life. He was exposed to Whites in high school in a limited and, sometimes, hostile manner.

Tamara Thompson is a children’s author and poet residing in Simcoe, ON Canada, north of Toronto, ON. She was raised in the suburbs of Toronto, Canada. This writer’s friends meant a lot to her, you would always find her telling and sharing stories, a true writer - who always had something to say. Talking about the fun and light times they all shared and speaking of years that had gone past. Growing up in the 1980’s and 1990’s, were her fondest memories were made with her friends.
