A great little book but

I loved many of the routine / rituals in this book and have started to use them. I definitely feel that they are helping me get better balance and be more focused.
The but:
I wish books would just get on with it rather than padding it out with chapters of how this book will change your life sales talk up front. I’ve already bought the book - now show me what you have!
Once you get past that there is some good stuff here.

This book is far too long for the content.

The book could have been 2 hours long at most if it wasn't for the countless reiterations. Most of the rituals are common sense but has some good suggestions.

Fantastic book !!!!! Strongly suggest it

Fantastic book that everyone needs for better everyday life. I would re read it there are so many things to learn from it
