Keeps you listening and full of info. Loved it!

This is a great book, packed with information that covers everything vagus nerve with a focus on the menopause. With exercises, and why they work, from sound, massage, mindfulness and breathing and diet ti really helped my understand the why of how it all works. I love the tips on cold therapy and how to make it easier to approach, and there are quite a few tips on how to get going and improve many menopause symptoms and even general health. Its a book that makes you realise that you can do it, with engaging narration that keeps you listening.Loved it!
