A great book with hacks to to loss fat

This is an easy to read and understand hacks and choose the one you like and will suit your personality.Dr Amanda went further to break down to suit the different body parts that one wants to lose some fat. She also shared tricks to manage gaseous food

Wow!

This was a very engaging and well-narrated listen. I enjoyed discovering the practical diet and exercise tips specifically which, although directed at women over 40, I can definitely use as a 30something.
