Essential for mothers!
I gifted this to my relative and she LOVES it! Having a child is a blessing but it comes with hard work and will put your patience to the test so it is truly a stressful job especially for mothers. The affirmations in this book helps you calm your emotions and find peace to give you the energy to take care of your baby. The narration is well done with a soothing atmosphere and a relaxed pace. Lovely!
This is a great little book for the new mums. The author has provided lovely affirmations for sleep which is very helpful in the early days. Also the importance of taking care of yourself.
All new mums can get overwhelmed and can start feeling anxious and stress out over every little thing. These affirmations will help to calm you and will help you enjoy your little bundle of joy!

Let go of new mom anxiety!
Those first couple of months as a new mom can be dizzying with anxiety. Its not helpful to keep asking yourself if your doing it right, or to hold in negative feelings caused by frustration.

This set of affirmations is great for new and busy mums. The messages are positive, uplifting and compassionate, just right for whenever in need of a little pick-me-up. Lovely to listen to in the morning or just whenever the baby allows. Would recommend!

Just what I needed for my cousin
I was looking for a gift for my cousin who is a first-time mum. She has become overwhelmed with stress and anxiety as the experience is new to her. She is really struggling to keep it together. The next visit to her after she had listened to 'Affirmation for New Moms', she was a completely transformed mum. More relaxed and able to have a good relationship with herself and her baby. The positive affirmations have become a part of her daily route. Highly recommended.

A book I needed to hear!
Me and my husband are starting a family very soon and I have been feeling anxious about having a baby. I found listening to this so reassuring for the future. I want to go into motherhood as strong both mentally and physically as possible. Hearing this has made me feel so much calmer and at peace with myself. The chapters on stress release and sleep have been my favourites so far but I know I will be using all of the information in this book as I become a new mother. The music and narration also add to the experience which is what helps to make this book so powerful.

Really helpful for my wife
I bought this for my wife so she can take a few moments out of her day with the children to just focus on herself. She has found that she seems to have a lot more energy after sitting and following the affirmations than she did prior. Our children are crazy at times and can get very hectic quickly. this allows her just to take a few moments for herself and no one else. She loves it.
