Hihgly engaging book and narration. Grabs you right into the mood and mindset for self improvement. It's not an easy job to achive. This book is ideal for those who want their lives enhanced without being overwhelmed by the process. The advice is not only useful and simple, but also easily added into even the busiest lives. In lieu of attempting grand changes, the habits introduced here are small and easily sustained. The advice is concise, supported by scientific research, and easily integrated into everyday life. If you have attempted self-improvement in the past and quit, this book will make you know this is attainable and realistic.

Loved it
This book's refreshingly honest take on self-improvement clicked with me. Instead of promising miraculous overnight changes, it respects how messy real life is. Love how it breaks down mental wellness into tiny, doable steps that don't require turning your whole world upside down.
