Great Book.

This book was enjoyable to listen to from beginning to end. This book is an in-depth guide to understanding anxiety and worry, and it provides kids with actionable skills to assist them in properly managing their anxiety. The author presents a variety of strategies that might be useful in overcoming anxiety and concern, such as practising mindfulness, breathing exercises, visualising a positive outcome, and engaging in cognitive behavioural therapy. These strategies have been shown to be useful in the management of anxiety, and they are supported by research. The aspect of this book that has helped me enjoy it the most is that, in addition to addressing the management of anxiety symptoms, it teaches adolescents how to analyse the factors that contribute to their anxiety. For teens who are serious about bettering their mental health, this podcast is an absolute must-listen.
