Speaks the truth

One of the things you hear the author state and help you believe is that sleep is not a sacrifice that should be made. This is so true, especially for people who work two or more jobs to stay afloat! This audiobook is a must-have for anyone who needs more (and better) sleep.

Helps me sleep!

The narrator has a very nice soothing voice, which actually helps me to fall asleep! Reminds me of childhood, when your mother would read you a bedtime story. Would recommend.

A true gem

This little gem has helped me do what my mom and her herbal remedies did not manage. I have started to meditate in the mornings and evenings and have to say that listening to bedtime stories as an adult should be a must. It helps so much!

No more counting

If, like me, you are tired of pointlessly counting invisible sheep, get this audiobook. It is full of advice from the expert likes of this author. This person knows what they are talking about - and it is certainly not counting sheep.
