Helped me relax and get out of my head!

This audiobook is a great way for me to destress, tune out, and just get out of my head. There are a bunch of meditations, affirmations, and stories that are soothing and supportive. The narrator's voice is very smooth and helps put me in a good, calm place. The best parts of this audiobook for me are the length and the variety of stories within it, there is always something for me to calm me down and reduce my level of stress.

Does the trick!

This audiobook has definitely helped out my sleep routine. I always struggled having noise when I was trying to fall asleep, but these bedtime stories seemed to really change things. The convenience of choosing what I needed each night is a nice option as well. Highly recommended!

Genuinely relaxing

Have always found bedtime stories to be calming, but felt self conscious since there were no bedtime stories for adults that I could find. Was happy to find this and give it a shot, it has been a wonderful resource. The stories are calming/relaxing, like guided meditations, and help me not only calm my nerves, but get to sleep.

The narrator is engaged in the dialogue, and has a soothing voice that helps quell any anxiety or stress I'm feeling. Overall a great resource, and I look forward to using while traveling.

Wonderfully relaxing

Whether you are in the mood for a lengthy meditation and relaxation session or a shorter one, using one of the 'tracks' in this book, you will be satisfied. The multiple tracks also means you can rotate through them on a cycle and not get bored. The background music and narrator were very soothing, too. A lovely listen.

Excellent content combined with great narration

The combination of the material in this audiobook, with the voice and performance of the narrator, is an excellent combination for de-stressing, winding down, and putting oneself to sleep. If you are having a hard time with falling asleep, anxiety, etc, I recommend this to you.
