An amazing audiobook so far
An amazing audiobook so far. Breakfast recipes include pancakes and frittatas, and then there are snacks, soups and salads, entrees and desserts. Each recipe gives the nutritional value. There aren’t any weird ingredients – all are found at your local grocery store.

Loved this book! The audible explained what a low-carb diet is and the health benefits that are associated it, such as increased energy and lower cholesterol. This book also explains the difference between good and bad carbs and provides a basic eating plan.

I love it
I love it. My favorite line in this incredible audible is, "You can still lose weight on a low carb diet, while still eating a healthy diet." This book encourages one to take the time out and conduct research to gain a clearer understanding of what a low carb diet actually is. I am the sort of person who loves to learn. I will continue to refer to this audible as a guide.
