Umuti is also being employed by poachers who pay healers for potions they believe will make them invisible and bulletproof.
When another young girl disappears, this time a tourist, Mia and Sannie must confront their own personal demons and challenge everything they believe in order to follow a trail that seems to vanish at every turn.

Lacking something
I did find this latest book lacked the excitement and action of his previous books. The story was interesting and well researched, as always with characters that well reflected the local people. I thought the narrator was good but overall I was sadly alittle disappointed. Sorry Tony, maybe I am expecting too much.

Great story, well told
Set in the Covid era, Tony Park has again captured the heartbeat of Africa with excitement throughout. Loved it…. Can’t wait for the next book

Good story - narrator's accent awful
No matter how many Tony Park's books I listen to the South African accent is dreadful. I love his writing but hate the accent. Please use a narrator that has a better S A accent.

Native speaking narrator
An iteresting storyline. Terrible South African accent and pronunciation of S.A. words. Use local narrator.
