About this listen
Don’t allow binge eating to control your life: The key to food freedom may not be what you think....
We all occasionally overeat an extra helping of dessert or a second serving of a holiday meal, but there is a difference between overeating and binge eating.
People who struggle with binge eating often consume large quantities of food to the point of feeling overly full, eat a lot without feeling hungry, feel a lack of control, and they become trapped by cycles of bingeing that undermine their health and weight loss goals.
You might be feeling hopeless and trapped, but there is good news: You can stop that cycle.
In Break the Binge Eating Cycle, you will find all the tools you need to take back control of your eating habits. You will discover:
- The nuts and bolts of bingeing: What it is, and why it happens
- How your habits are sabotaging your goals
- Why your kitchen organisation matters more than you think
- Key psychological research that proves you can change your eating habits for good
- The “rule of quarters”: how to feel full and satisfied just by arranging your dinner plate
- And much more
If you struggle with binge eating, you probably feel uncomfortable just thinking about it. Binge eating is bound with guilt and shame, which can prevent you from addressing the problem. This leads to an endless cycle, and the further you let it progress, the harder it can be to overcome it.
But with simple, practical steps, you can tackle the problem head-on. You can stop your binge eating habits in their tracks and improve your relationship with food for good.
If you are ready to re-evaluate your relationship with food and stop binge eating forever, then Break the Binge Eating Cycle is for you. Scroll up, and click “buy” right now.

Outstanding Read.
Loved the simplicity and thought provoking approach of this book. Great flow. Highly encouraging, supportive and solution oriented. I don’t normally like workbook type exercises but found this one fantastic. This book helped me acknowledge binge eating habits, understand the “why” behind them, and explore alternative behaviours. Highly recommend.

Enlightening
The author goes into great detail about how one's frustration about life and other habits can go into binge eating and helpful steps to overcome temptation. Had lots of good packed information about the psychological thinking behind the behavior

A soothing and curative listen
As I began to listen to this book, I was immediately washed over with a feeling of inner peace, a knowledge that I would be able to change my way of perceiving food. I have been through binge eating cycles and have many close friends who have also been prone to this. This book made me realise that it is possible to change your relationship with food, starting with changing your mindset and working on your psychological well-being.

Mind over eating
The thing is my weight has gone up and down since I was a kid. I kid you not but there is no fluff in this book and it gets right to the point. It is of course an inner brain game this binge eating. Packed with thought provoking strategies it is a practical way to address the causes. It's an excellent listen. I actually finished it feeling very empowered. Brilliant !

Binge Eating is An Emotional Crutch
After struggling with weight issues for the last few years, this audiobook is just the thing to make you understand why you binge eat, as it helped me. People use food, like some people use drugs or alcohol. Eating makes you feel better, for a while, then you start feeling bad about yourself or stressed about other things and eat again. This starts a viscious cycle. This book helps you understand the underlying reasons that you binge eat, so you can learn to control it. I highly recommend the book for anyone that wants to break the cycle.

A beautiful book!
This book proved to be a real reference point, not just a manual.
I badly needed to recalibrate my relationship with food, and this book gave me a big hand in doing so.
I finally stopped binge eating and started eating in a more balanced way, which also improved my life in all aspects. Buy it and you will not regret it!
