My most important read to date. Bravo Dr Levy. Bravo!!!

I’m such an ageist and I didn’t have the slightest clue. Thank you for opening my eyes to my own shortcomings, and giving me the tools to start fixing them, so that I can live a longer, healthier and happier life, and better contribute to my community and society as a whole.
