In a world of great anxiety and stress learning to calm your body through calming your mind is a great approach. The author focuses on mindfulness and clearing the mind to take yourself on a journey of self discovery. Really great info and tools here!

There are so many tools here in "Calm the Mind and the Body Will Follow". There are some things that were good reminders, like the different types of meditation. Then there were new tools to me, like listening to attuned music. Super interesting. I liked learning the background of mindfulness and the science of worry. Well done book.

The audio has something everyone will find helpful

The audiobook has something everyone will find helpful. I related to the part about having a disorganized, cluttered area; it reinforced what I had already believed about myself, and I will use this knowledge to make an effort to tidy my living space so I can relax. It also showed me how to let go of my negative thoughts, which was especially helpful when coping with stress and anxiety. Loved it
